Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to make a change, email us at support@phatcauc.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping
Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Since all products are printed on demand, please allow a few business days for production before your order ships. Delivery times vary by location but are typically 4–10 business days after production.
Q: Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.
Q: Do I have to pay customs fees for Canadian orders?
Canadian customers may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. For full details, visit our Refund & Returns page.
Q: What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at support@phatcauc.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Q: Can I return a sale item?
Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items are final sale.

Q: How are your products made?
All Phat Cauc merchandise is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Each item is made just for you when you place your order.
Q: Will my product look exactly like the photo?
We do our best to ensure accurate product photos, but slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand production.
Q: What sizes do you offer?
Sizing varies by product. Please refer to the sizing charts on the Size Guide page for accurate measurements.
